Final Designs

These are the final designs for my media magazine.  They have turned out well and I am very happy with them.  Since I originally designed the magazines, I have only made a few changes.

On the title page, I have made one change.  This was removing he covermount from the bottom left corner as it would have been covering the main picture, which related to an article inside the magazine.

There isn't a single change between the original design and the final edition of my magazines content page.

 On the double page spread, I made several small changes.  These were the positions of some of the photos and interview articles on both sides of the magazine.

Font download

This shows me downloading and installing a font for me to use on my music magazine.  This is the font that I will use for my title page headline.

Music Magazine questionnaire results

These are the results of the questionnaire that I posted online to help me with identifying my target audience and what to include in my music magazine.  They have given me a genre for my magazine and a list of potential names for it.

These are some of the photos that I have taken for my magazine.  Some of these photos that I have taken are of college friends and some are of the band Kaiser Chiefs who I went to see at the Cambridge Corn Exchange.

College magazine final

These are the final pieces of work that I have created for my coursework.  They show that I have made only a couple of small changes from the draft.  I am fairly happy with these, but feel that they could have been slightly better, especially the contents page which I thought was a bit plain and empty.

The title page is exactly the same as I had planned in the draft.

The contents page has had a couple of small changes.  I have removed some pictures and have changed the location of those that remain so that the writing is still visible.

Questionnaire results

This shows the results from the questionnaire that I posted online.  The results have given me a clear target market of people aged 16-18 and almost equal between male and felame.  It has also given me an understanding of what the target market would like to see in a magazine.
